A Poem

I'm running out of places to go
Never will I give up on you, no
I feel your presence in all I do
My heart felt mission only to find you
I search in all the faces I see
A glimpse of you I desperately need
When I wake, I hide from the day
I find more strength as I kneel to pray
Most days I am consumed with fear
I find myself fighting back tears
I know your out there waiting for us
Our endless search the one thing I trust
I miss your smile, laughter and touch
Your loving innocence I miss so much
One day I hope our search will end
As we can bring you back home again
